Delivery
We usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery time is 2-4 business days with PostNord. During high traffic times, delivery times may be longer.
We ship from EU, Sweden.
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
● Check your delivery confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Pro Tip: Package Thefts Are on the Rise – If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at info@carncier with your order number.
If you found a mistake in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order will be at your expense.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@carncier.com within one week with pictures of the damaged product, your order number, and any other information about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
