Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you have received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused. With tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
Please note that all shipping costs for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
